The Capitals are auctioning off roster spots to play in the Caps alumni outdoor game

Ever wanted to know what it’d be like to play hockey with a former NHL player? For eight lucky fans, that dream is within reach.

On March 4, the day after the Capitals’ Stadium Series Game, the team will host the 2018 Capitals Outdoor Alumni Fantasy Game. Participating alumni include familiar faces from previous Alumni Games Peter Bondra, Alan May, and Craig Laughlin, as well as a few new (but still familiar) faces, such as Dainus Zubrus who played for the team from 2000-01 to 2006-07, and Hall of Famer Dino Ciccarelli.

The Capitals will host an alumni game the day after their Stadium Series game

This just in.

Details are sparse, but the Washington Capitals will be hosting an Alumni Game on March 4 – the day after the franchise plays in its third career outdoor game. The Capitals will play against the Toronto Maple Leafs at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Maryland.
