Michael Latta is already paying dividends for Färjestad after signing a free-agent contract with the SHL team on November 14.
Latta, in his SHL debut, scored 17:44 into the first period to give Färjestad a 3-0 lead over Skellefteå.

Latta forced a turnover in the neutral zone, skated the puck into the offensive zone after taking a pass from a teammate, and beat Skellefteå goaltender far-side for the pretty goal.
