The Baltimore Orioles will be hosting another hockey jersey giveaway this season.
On Saturday, April 25, the first 20,000 fans who enter Oriole Park at Camden Yards for their game against the Boston Red Sox will receive an Orioles-branded hockey jersey. This year’s cream-colored sweater is inspired by the Capitals’ home and away jerseys, featuring a Baltimore Orioles wordmark logo influenced by the Caps’ original mark. BALTIMORE is written in a slanted orange font over top orioles in black, with the L orange and shaped like a hockey stick.

The sweater also features the Angry Oriole Bird logo on one shoulder and the giveaway’s title sponsor, Ledo Pizza, on the other. There are black-and-orange stripes on the arms and waist. The collar is orange with black laces.
First pitch for the April 25 game is scheduled for 4:05 pm. A link to purchase tickets for the game can be found on the Orioles’ website.
The hockey jersey giveaway comes on the heels of their wildly popular event last year, which saw thousands of fans arrive before gates opened to get their hands on the sweater.
Last year’s black design featured the Angry Oriole Bird wearing hockey equipment. The design went viral, getting over 13,000 shares on RMNB’s Instagram post alone.

The Orioles’ season begins on Thursday, March 26, as the O’s take on the Minnesota Twins at Camden Yards. First pitch for Opening Day is scheduled for 3:05 pm.
