The Washington Capitals are wearing their black Screaming Eagle jerseys for the first time this season, Wednesday night against the Nashville Predators. The sweaters, brought back earlier this year to celebrate the Capitals’ 50th anniversary, have been available for purchase online for the last few weeks.
Now, new Screagle merch is hitting the NHL’s online store.
The most recent additions include:
Alex Ovechkin, Tom Wilson, and TJ Oshie black Screaming Eagle jerseys still remain available as well as Alex Ovechkin throwback rookie jerseys (black Capitol dome jersey and white Screaming Eagle sweater). Special edition Screagle gear from the 2022-23 season is mostly discounted.
Other intriguing adds to the NHL Shop consist of Capitals’ 50th anniversary game pucks and Braden Holtby The Save 18×24 photos — though there are only 3 remaining of those.
