The Washington Capitals won their fourth straight game on Tuesday, defeating the Philadelphia Flyers 4-1 at Wells Fargo Center.
The Caps had four different goal-scorers — Nic Dowd, Andrew Mangiapne, John Carlson, and Jakob Chychrun — but Capitals head coach Spencer Carbery decided to give shout outs in his post-game victory speech (which is quickly becoming must-watch cinema) to players who had more unheralded contributions. That included Dylan McIlrath, who got in an epic heavyweight bout with Nic Deslauriers in the first period.

Spencer Carbery: Ends up being a massive f***king goal and this guy in the second period stood on his head. He was fantastic. Ch Ch Ch.
