Alex Alexeyev will be the next Washington Capitals player to add some dad strength.
Alex and his wife Kate are expecting their first child. Kate announced the news with a post on her Instagram, Monday.
“We’re waiting for you❤️,” she wrote in the caption.
The couple, who married last month, shared photos of the 24-year-old Russian defenseman smiling next to Kate’s emerging baby bump.
Capitals players Ivan Miroshnichenko and Connor McMichael are among the many who have already liked the Instagram post.
