When Tom Wilson has managerial control of the the Washington Capitals, he’s ready to make major moves.
“How do I get Kuzy out of the lineup is the question,” Wilson said as he played NHL 24 during All-Star weekend. “I’m just kidding. No, he’s my guy.”
Wilson made the comments while doing an eSports interview with gamers Cam Halbert and Max Smith (of Team Liquid). The video was in promotion of the NHL’s Twitch channel.

Wilson played as the Capitals and had them wear their black Reverse Retro jerseys while the others were the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The Capitals forward downplayed his NHL 24 skills, but dominated the professional gamers, winning 7-3.
“I used to be good back in the day but it’s been a while,” Wilson said. Later he admitted he was re-finding his groove.
It was easy to see why as Wilson scored sick goals with Max Pacioretty, TJ Oshie, and Dylan Strome.
