Sergei Ovechkin is really getting good at hockey, you guys.
On Sunday, Nastya Ovechkina posted a video to her Instagram Story of her one-year-old son doing rapid-fire backhand shots into their net at home.
It’s more evidence that Sergei is going to continue the family business when he gets older.

Check out how focused Sergei is doing the drill. This is incredible for his age. Also, check out how much lift he’s getting on those backhanded shots. Sure, it’s a righty curve, but he gets a pass… since he’s one.
I’m predicting this now: the 2036 NHL Draft is going to be a reckoning.
