Ilya Kovalchuk showed off a bushy quarantine beard in a new family workout video he posted on his Instagram Tuesday.
Kovalchuk does squats with one of his kids on his shoulders as two of his other kids hold dogs. Kovy’s wife Nikol holds up one of their daughters.

Kovy’s quarantine beard is most definitely filling in well.
Beyond coming up with other no-gym workouts, Kovalchuk has spent a lot of time with his family during the quarantine.
During a recent podcast interview, Kovalchuk remarked that Washington had what it took to win a Stanley Cup.
“It’s a great chance to achieve something special,” Kovalchuk said.
But Kovalchuk may only end up playing a handful of games with Washington if the 2019-20 season is eventually canceled. The Russian forward, who had wanted to play on the same team as Alex Ovechkin since he was 13, is “all but assured” to re-sign with the Montreal Canadiens ahead of next season.
