With the NHL season on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic, Alex Ovechkin has spent a lot of time at home playing with his son Sergei. From videogames to dancing, the two have had a ball with each other.
So have Ovi and his dog Blake. Earlier in the week, the Capitals shared video of Blake playing fetch with his papa. Ovi had an ingenious way to get Blake’s energy out and also get some hockey work in.

This isn’t the first time Ovi has used hockey to play with his pup. The Russian machine also got some of Blake’s energy out while shooting slap shots outside at his street hockey net.
