Penguins fans celebrate victory over Capitals on the steps of the National Portrait Gallery again

If you thought this tradition was dead after the Capitals won the Stanley Cup in 2018, it’s not.

The mob’s chants included “Let’s Go Pens!”, “We Have 5 Cups”, and “This Is Our House.”
