The Washington Capitals are coming right back at you after a resounding victory over the Ottawa Senators last night in snowy DC. Next up for them is a Metro Division test against the Flyers who also played last night, have lost four straight, and have given up 21 goals combined in those four losses.
Puck drop is at 7:30 PM and I will be back to take the wheel for the recap.

Projected Lines
As it’s a back-to-back-to-back with no reported injuries, we have to assume we’ll see the same lineup bar Braden Holtby taking the net:
Ovechkin – Backstrom – Wilson
Vrana – Kuznetsov – Oshie
Hagelin – Eller – Panik
Leipsic – Dowd – Hathaway
Kempny – Carlson
Orlov – Jensen
Siegenthaler – Gudas

Storylines
- The Caps laid a smackdown on the Sens last night.
- Ilya Samsonov has become the first goaltender in franchise history to win 12 of his first 14 starts.
- The world needs to see Alex Ovechkin surpass Wayne Gretzky in goal scoring.
- Former Caps winger, Justin Williams has returned to the fray and signed back on with the ever annoying Carolina Hurricanes.
- TJ Oshie scored twice against the Sens, but just couldn’t find that hat trick goal.
The Circle on Netflix
I love reality competition shows and The Circle is my favorite in a long, long time. The concept is innovative and relevant, the players are full of personality, and Sammie is mind-bendingly attractive. All reasons to check it out (reminder that the language and other elements are adult rated). Also, I would dominate this show. Hit me up casting.
