Suddenly beloved Caps icon Radko “Dadko” Gudas put his monster one-timer to work, giving Washington the lead in Tuesday’s game against Ottawa.
Set up wonderfully by Evgeny Kuznetsov (now riding a six-game point streak), the-recently-shaved Gudas was right above the faceoff circle. From there, his slapshot was more than goalie Craig Anderson could handle.

This is Gudas’ second goal of the season. Capital One Arena was filled with Gudas’s goal song, AC/DC’s “It’s Long Way To The Top (If You Want to Rock’N’Roll).”
