Jeremy Roenick suspended by NBC Sports for objectifying comments about Kathryn Tappen

NBC Sports has suspended analyst Jeremy Roenick for inappropriate comments he made about his NBC Sports coworker on a recent podcast.

Appearing on the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast, Roenick made sexual and objectifying comments about award-winning NBC sportscaster Kathryn Tappen, who earned a degree in journalism from Rutgers and received the Women of Inspiration award from Women in Sports and Events in 2014. Roenick’s comments can be found excerpted on other websites.

The length of Roenick’s suspension is indefinite.
