Capitals season-ticket holder Charlie McManus is T-Shirt Guy. Using the Yoshirt app, McManus creates shirts of his favorite players or moments covering the tee from top to bottom and back to front.
Monday, ahead of the Capitals-Blue Jackets game, McManus took up shop along the glass during warmups, rocking a shirt of Radko Gudas’s face. “I stationed myself right behind where he bangs into the glass,” McManus said.
I’m happy to report, Radko saw the shirt.
Capitals fan and photographer Dylan Singleton brilliantly captured the moment when Radko saw his own face on a grown man’s torso.
First, the Dadko looks.
He cracks up.
He still can’t believe it.
Tom, come over here. You gotta see this man.
McManus has been making people happy with his tribute shirts over the years, including me. Last night during RMNB’s 10th-anniversary party, I rocked a shirt he made for me as a gift. It was a picture of the two best things that has happened to me over the last decade, my son and the Stanley Cup. Charlie metro’d over to Walter’s to congratulate us after the first period and take a photo with us.
With the boys playing blech so far, stopped by to wish @russianmachine a Happy 10th Birthday. Congrats @ianoland, @peterhassett and the whole wonderful gang.

Charlie, you are a gift. Thanks for everything you do. You are loved! You make everyone’s day better and for that you should be proud.
