An ice-skating dog took the ice at a Vegas Golden Knights game. He wowed everyone.

The Vegas Golden Knights shut out the Calgary Flames 6-0 on Sunday. But the most notable part of the game was less about the people that took the ice and more about the dog that ambled onto it.

Benny The Ice Skating Dog was featured during the second intermission of the game and this precious canine was an instant fan favorite.

It’s easy to see why.

Benny, wearing two skates on his front legs, rocked a Vegas Golden Knights jersey and bit down onto a kid’s size CCM hockey stick. Of course he had to say hi to people sitting along with the glass. His tail wagged happily behind him.

This pup is already a better skater than I am.

He also does tricks, but not for treats, but to hold his hockey stick again.

According to Benny’s website, he’s a rescue yellow lab who resides in Las Vegas. The pup also models and does performances.

But if you ask me, this pup just years to be at the rink every day. Just like me.

PS – Captain, I still love you, but now I want to do tricks on ice skates too.
