The bird is back.
Evgeny Kuznetsov scored in the first minute of the rematch of the 2018 Stanley Cup Final.
The goal gave the Caps a 1-0 lead 58 seconds into the game.
After taking a fantastic pass from Dmitry Orlov from the Caps blue line, Kuzy raced in all alone, deked twice, and beat Marc-Andre Fleury on his forehand.

Including his tally tonight, Kuznetsov has six points in his last three games. The breakaway goal is Kuznetsov’s sixth goal of the season.
