Bill Nye the Science Guy is at Nationals Park for Game Three of the World Series

You guys, the Washington Nationals have a really famous guest at Nats Park for Game Three of the World Series.

Bill Nye the Science Guy is at the yard and he’s wearing an old-school Nationals jersey.

But before I get to the tweets and photos…

Bill! Bill! Bill! Bill! SCIENCE RULES. Okay, sorry. I needed to get that out of my system.

So what did Bill do? Bill hung out with Nationals players Trea Turner, Adam Eaton, and a really, really excited Sean Doolittle. He sang Happy Birthday to Juan Soto.

And then he uttered this classic line, “this is not rocket surgery,” after explaining how and when baseballs carry more stadiums.

A fan even noticed him inside the Team Shop before the game.

Bill Nye is a hometown kid as he was born in Washington DC on November 27, 1955. According to Wikipedia, Nye attended Lafayette Elementary School and Alice Deal Junior High before attending Sidwell Friends for high school on a scholarship in 1973.

Enjoy all the tweets I dug up. You’re welcome.
