What’s behind the Washington Nationals’ strong start during the World Series? My guess is their raucous group of supporters at the ballpark.
The players’ wives and girlfriends, including some of their children, flew to Minute Maid Park on Tuesday.
Jody Kendrick posted an amazing shot from the flight and video from their lower-bowl seats.
Heather Zimmerman tweeted a group photo during Game Two.

The wives and girlfriends are all wearing specially designed t-shirts done by Good Sport Apparel featuring the last name of their significant other. The design is mimicking the iconic plastic trash bag design (hey, we sell one of those in our store too!). Kristen Turner, wife of Trea, posted a photo on her Instagram Story too.

Before the Game Two, the wives and girlfriends were interviewed by Fox 5’s Angie Goff and did the conga line on live TV.
FOX 5's @OhMyGOFF chatted with some of the wives of the @Nationals' stars before #WorldSeries Game 2 and got some scoop on their husbands' pregame and postgame rituals — including a Conga line! #WinTheFight⚾️#STAYINTHEFIGHT pic.twitter.com/Ms2koSarCV

This group of Nationals. They’re just so dang likable.
For our first real date, @whatwouldDOOdo visited me at my place in LA. We walked from the LA River to Dodgers Stadium to take it all in. Two years ago we got married on the National Mall. It’s fitting we get to take our celebration from DC back to LA. Happy 2 years, Sean 🎉❤️ pic.twitter.com/D6Eej55vmc

I’ve always wanted to meet my favorite player Fernando Rodney and he very politely humored me in a crooked hat photo pic.twitter.com/lmjBsM3nB4
