Capitals after dark: Radko Gudas does hip thrusts towards Tom Wilson

It’s been documented here before. The Washington Capitals have odd pregame rituals. Alex Ovechkin and TJ Oshie yell in one another’s faces, players often bite each other, there are cup checks, and now this.

During the second intermission on Tuesday, NBC Sports Washington aired this provocative footage featuring Radko Gudas and Tom Wilson.

If this were a junior high dance, a chaperone would have split them up.

The clip had Joe Beninati stumbling.

“Nice move, guys… What in God’s name was that?” Beninati said. “You can’t not see that ever again. Wow. Did I see that right?”
