The Washington Mystics lead the Connecticut Sun 2-1 in the WNBA Finals and have a chance to win their first championship Tuesday night at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Ahead of Game Four, Nicklas Backstrom, TJ Oshie, and Alex Ovechkin — athletes who all need no introduction — let the Mystics know they are rooting for them in a ridiculous video posted by the Capitals.
Yo @WashMystics – LET’S DO THIS!

“Hi, this is Nicklas Backstrom here,” Nicklas Backstrom said. “I just want to wish Mystics best of luck here in Game Four. Go get it. Go Mystics.”
He even flashed a smile and double thumbs up.
“Hey, Mystics. This is TJ Oshie of the Caps,” TJ Oshie said. “I want to wish you all the best, bring home the championship.”
“Let’s go Mystics. Bring it home, baby,” a very enthusiastic and loud Alex Ovechkin said. “We cheering for you guys. Let’s do this!”
Indeed. Good luck, Mystics! The Georgetown Waterfront and its fountains eagerly await your return from the Constitution State.
