Evgeny Kuznetsov is back in DC.
The Russian centerman was spotted at MedStar Capitals Iceplex on Thursday with “good energy” participating in the players’ informal practices at MedStar Capitals Iceplex.

Kuznetsov is the latest Capital to return to the ice at the team’s practice facility. He joins TJ Oshie, Lars Eller, John Carlson, and Joe Snively who have suited up to do skating and stickhandling drills.
In June, Kuznetsov’s wife gave birth to the couple’s second child, a boy they named Fedor. The Russian star tallied 72 points in 76 games last season but struggled mightily defensively.
