Two days after Varvara Orlova announced she is expecting the couple’s first child, the gender of the baby was revealed.
The news was revealed by Nastya Ovechkina who documented Varvara’s baby shower on her Instagram Story. The decorations show that the Orlovs will be welcoming a baby boy. At 20 weeks, Varvara’s due date should be sometime in July or August.

The party was themed with blue and gold accents, including “OH BOY” food decorations and banners reading “WELCOME BABY ORLOV.”
Baby Orlov’s due date will be close to Sergei Ovechkin’s first birthday. We’re sure the two will become fast friends just like their dads.
