Washington Capitals forward Tom Wilson signed autographs for Caps fans at the Giant Food located at 1400 7th St. Northwest, Thursday night. The burly winger sat at a table with a purple Giant cover while several grocery items were strategically positioned including a 12-count of Charmin Essentials toilet paper.
This was Wilson’s second meeting with the adoring public this week – Monday he met with fans at a different Giant location in DC.
According to fan video, several hundred fans lined up hours before Wilson’s scheduled appearance at 4 pm.
