Jonas Siegenthaler was NBC Sports Washington’s intermission interview during the second intermission.

It featured a surprise cameo from Alex Ovechkin.

During Siegenthaler’s first question, the Capitals captain walked in front of the camera.

Ovechkin stares into the camera as he walked by, confirming this was most definitely a troll move.

A+ rookie prank. This is leadership. Gotta keep ’em humble when they’re young!
