Three months after winning the franchise’s first Stanley Cup, the Washington Capitals have struggled in the preseason. But that losing in September hasn’t been a downer for Alex Ovechkin.
During warmups, Ovechkin waved hi to his wife Nastya Ovechkina who was standing along the glass.
Maybe Ovi was in an especially good mood because of this excellent sign a fan made him.
Later in the game, Ovechkin even laughed and stuck out his tongue while chatting with Brett Connolly.
Dude’s just happy.
