For Capitals’ season-ticket holders, there will be a very special surprise in the mailbox in the coming days. Fans have begun receiving their season-ticket booklets today and they’re fantastic.
This year’s box includes a Stanley Cup-shaped cutout, which reveals part of the team photo after the Caps clinched the franchise’s first championship. There are also photos inside from the Caps’ on-ice celebration and Victory Parade.

In past years, season ticket holders were given a plastic membership card that they could load their tickets and concession credits onto.
This year, that card is being discontinued. Fans will have to use their paper tickets, or use mobile tickets via the Monumental mobile app. Concession Credits/Monumental Money will only be available via the Monumental mobile app.
