TJ Oshie’s day with the Stanley Cup traversed all of Minnesota, starting in Eden Prairie, jetting to his hometown of Warroad, and concluding with a private party in Minneapolis.
The Capitals sent their video crew to cover the festivities and released a behind-the-scenes video of Oshie’s day on Monday morning.

The three minute video starts with Oshie’s flight to Warroad, where he gave a speech to fans and snapped pictures with youth hockey players.
Peep the cameo from USA Women’s Hockey Olympic gold medalist Gigi Marvin, also a Warroad native.
The video also captures the Oshie family at their home in Mendota Heights, featuring Oshie munching Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries out of the Cup.
Daughters Leni and Lyla make a guest appearance, snuggling with Stanley in bed for a photo.
Are you ready for the cuteness you’re about to witness?
TJ would later make an overprotective dad joke on Instagram about a photo Leni took in the crib.

The video concludes with Oshie’s private party in Minneapolis, where Caps rookies Shane Gersich and Travis Boyd were invited after Oshie found out they didn’t get their own day with the Cup.
Former Capital Taylor Chorney also got an invite.
