Andre Burakovsky loves this painting of Stanley Cup champion Andre Burakovsky

The art world has been captivated by the Washington Capitals since their Stanley Cup victory. And now, there’s another excellent painting of a Caps player that we must share.

On Monday, Andre Burakovsky posted on Instagram a painting of himself hoisting the Stanley Cup.

“Thanks @sandraahlmanart for [so sic] captureing one of my greatest moments with this world class painting!” Burakovsky wrote. “If anyone is interested in her work or wants a painting of themself hit her up with a DM!”

Oh her Instagram account, Ahlman posted a closer shot of the painting, calling it an honor to make art for Capitals player.

Burakovsky, who has shown up at nearly every teammates’ day with the Stanley Cup, recently had his own time with the NHL’s championship trophy in Malmo, Sweden – his hometown.
