Watching the Washington Capitals can be a miserable experience during the postseason, and literally bad for your heart.
That’s why this clip of Alex Ovechkin is so special. He’s like all of us.
With two minutes left to go in the third period and the Caps clinging to a 3-2 lead, Braden Holtby robbed Alex Tuch with a miraculous stick save. NBC Sports Network cameras were trained on the Russian machine and this was his reaction.
He was freaking out. You guys, he wants to win so bad.
The screenshots are even better.
But no need to stress, Ovi.
Holtby made the stop. The Capitals won. And the boys are flying home with the Stanley Cup Final tied one game a piece.
