The Washington Capitals hosted a Stanley Cup Final sendoff at Kettler Capitals Iceplex and it was a mad house.

This video of Alex Ovechkin walking out from the locker room to the ice will give you chills.

Former Washington Post columnist Michael Wilbon called Washington DC a minor-league sports town.
