The Caps lead has grown from the unlikeliest of places. Oft-injured and recently-scratched infant child Andre Burakovsky has put the Caps up 2-0 with a solo effort beat Dan Girardi and score.

Girardi tried to settle the puck, but Burakovsky pounced on him like a feisty housecat upon a motionless piece of yarn. He put two quick touches on the puck and then beat Andrei Vasilevskiy to the far side.
Not bad for his first goal of the postseason.
