Game One of Caps and Pens is about to begi– oh the Caps have already scored.

It’s the first shift of the first game. The Pens get a quick shot, but then Tom Wilson got the clear, sending a cross-ice pass to Alex Ovechkin, who serves up Evgeny Kuznetsov for a drive right to Penguins net.

It goes in.

What a shot.

The crowd goes wild.

So did Kuzy.

The goal marks Kuznetsov’s ninth point of the 2018 playoffs.

Caps lead 1-0. Not a bad start.
