Five days after winning their first goal medal in 20 years, the United States Women’s Olympic Team, featuring Rockville, Maryland native Haley Skarupa, returned stateside and was honored at STAPLES Center Monday night.

All 23 players, wearing their Olympic gold medals and Team USA jerseys, participated in the ceremonial puck drop along with Los Angeles Kings’ captain Anze Kopitar and former Capital Nate Schmidt.

The team also met with the LA Lions, an all-girls hockey club operated by the Kings.

They were not the only celebrities at the game. Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and Elisha Cuthbert were at the game.
