The 2018 Winter Olympics are finally here. Friday at the Opening Ceremonies, the United States paraded into the stadium in Pyongchang, South Korea. Hershey Bear Chris Bourque and Vienna, VA native Garrett Roe, both members of the US Men’s National Hockey Team, were with them.
During the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, the men’s hockey team did not march in the ceremony, as the team had a game just 24 hours later. This time, Bourque, Roe, and the rest of the men’s hockey team dressed in red, white, and blue and some interesting yellow gloves, joining the US contingent in the experience of a lifetime.

Several players met comedian Nick Kroll at the Opening Ceremonies including Bourque and former Hershey Bear David Leggio.
Bourque recently took a photo in front of the Olympic rings.
Saturday, former NHL star and current NBC hockey analyst Jeremy Roenick took a picture after practice with a group of US players including Roe.
