Sunday night, Twitter user @sad_caps_fan tweeted a photo at Chris Creamer of SportsLogos.net, featuring what could be the Caps jersey design for their outdoor game on March 3.
The jersey, which has a red, white, and navy color scheme, has the team’s new Caps logo on the crest. The Stadium Series logo is stitched as a patch on the right shoulder.
This patriotic design makes sense considering the game is being played at Navy.
@sportslogosnet saw this in a pro shop in Fredrick, MD. Possible stadium series leak??? pic.twitter.com/tkmLdtA4uy

The Twitter user said that they found the jersey at a pro shop in Frederick, Maryland. We’ve reached out to ask which store, but did not receive an answer at the time of publishing.
This follows the release of the Capitals’ new shortened Caps logo on November 11.
New Stadium Series merch also popped up after the Christmas holiday on Fanatics.com, the league’s official sports retailer. The shortened Caps logo was also posted on this sweatshirt.
The Capitals have also pushed a hashtag of #ALLCAPS all season long.
