Redskins’ Morgan Moses arrives to Thanksgiving game in Alex Ovechkin jersey

Washington Redskins tackle Morgan Moses arrived to the team’s Thursday night Thanksgiving game in an Alex Ovechkin jersey. Born in Richmond, Moses played football at the University of Virginia.

The jersey choice would end up being strangely appropriate.

With Capitals forward Andre Burakovsky in the house, Moses ended up injured late in the third quarter.

Moses, who has been struggling with an ankle issue, injured his knee.

But of course Moses came back in the fourth quarter and helped push the team to a 20-10 victory over the New York Giants.
