Alex Ovechkin goes to Lady Gaga concert, appears to be a ‘little monster’

Alex Ovechkin and his wife Nastya Ovechkina went to the Lady Gaga concert at Capital One Arena, Sunday.

And judging by Nastya’s Instagram Story from that night, Ovi had a great time and totally understood everything that was going on at all times.

You can’t say Ovechkin’s wife just dragged him along to the show. He seemed very excited to be there.

I would even go as far as calling him one of Lady Gaga’s little monsters.

For those of you not in the know, The Little Monsters is a term used to describe any Lady Gaga fans. More from the Lady Gaga Wikia:

While working on her second album, Gaga developed the theme of monster, both in physical form, and to describe her inner fear (Monster of death, alcohol, drugs, etc.). During the summer of 2009, she first started to use the name during her live performances to refer her fans. The name fit them well because her fans crawl and scream during her show like monsters would do.

The Great Eight posted eight Instagram story videos from the concert.

Ovi was also spotted by reader Laurie, who took a photo with the Russian machine near The Green Turtle.

I guess this is where Ovi gets his poker face. The next time a reporter asks where he gets his elite goalscoring talent, he can just break into a song and dance.
