Wednesday after practice, Philipp Grubuauer, who is an avid explorer and hiker, took a tour around Vancouver with fourth-line center Jay Beagle. The ‘Couv is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and if you don’t agree with me, you will in a minute.
The two Capitals teammates took a picturesque bike ride around the Stanley Park Seawall during sunset, the world’s longest uninterrupted waterfront path.
The two took a selfie together in front of the city’s skyline.

Grubauer also took video from his bike. This seems too perfect to be real.

The two Capitals weren’t the only ones to bike around the city. Many of the team’s commentators and analysts took a bike ride themselves.

Alan May had an extra-spicy tweet for the radio voice of the Capitals John Walton.
