Today the Caps released the 2017-18 promotional schedule, which includes fan giveaways and theme nights. If you’re in the market for a commemorative bobblehead of TJ Oshie, this is the season for you.
Here’s your lineup of giveaways for the season:
The Caps will be continuing their Holiday Series this season, celebrating #Capsgiving, #CapsHolidayParty, and #CapsStPaddysDay. If you’re in the mood to spend a bit of money, there will be additional giveaways on these days with the purchase of theme night packages. Doing so could get you a puck bottle opener, a skate ice scraper, or a zamboni gravy boat.
On February 24 against the Buffalo Sabres, the Caps will once again be celebrating Hockey is For Everyone Night. Last season, the team commemorated the event by wrapping their sticks in pride tape.
Capital One Arena will also be hosting several charitable nights. These will include Hockey Fights Cancer Night on November 2 vs. the New York Islanders, a canned food drive on November 18 vs. the Minnesota Wild, and a toy drive on December 8 vs. the New York Rangers.
