A day after a handful of star players returned to Kettler everyone’s favorite cinnamon roll has joined the gang.
Top six forward Andre Burakovsky, who spent the offseason training in Sweden, took the ice ahead of training camp which begins on September 15.

Although training camp has not officially started, the Capitals have slowly been arriving back in the area to prepare. The informal skates, run by strength and conditioning coach Mark Nemish, have grown in attendance over the last week to include almost every forward on the team minus Jay Beagle, Lars Eller, and Devante Smith-Pelly.
With Burakovsky joining the informal skate today, most of the #Caps' NHL forwards are here with exception of Beagle, Eller and DSP.

These informal skates are scheduled through September 12. On September 14, the players will undergo physicals and testing before camp officially opening.
