Monday night, Capitals forward and Warroad, Minnesota-native TJ Oshie made his summer league debut in Da Beauty League.
Oshie paid instant dividends for Taylor Chorney’s Team RBC, scoring a goal and tallying a beautiful assist in the team’s 8-7 win. RBC will play Team Velocity in the championship game Wednesday.

Oshie, wearing his normal number 77, was joined at the game by his family and continued his adorable Capitals warmup tradition of high-fiving Lyla along the glass.
Oshie scored his first career Da Beauty League goal on a no-angled shot. The tally pulled RBC within one of TRIA, 4-3, early in the game.
