Karl Alzner, Daniel Winnik, Tom Wilson, and Braden Holtby attend Brett Connolly’s Niagara Falls wedding

Friday evening, Brett Connolly and fiancee Katrina tied the knot at Kurtz Orchards. The wedding venue is located in historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.

Several of Connolly’s teammates from the 2016-17 Presidents’ Trophy-winning Capitals were in attendance including Karl Alzner, Daniel Winnik, Tom Wilson, and Braden Holtby. During free agency, Alzner moved onto the Montreal Canadiens while Daniel Winnik remains unsigned.

Wilson posted several photo on Instagram, including a picture of the four amigos posing in the orchard.

On Thursday night, the reunited Capitals took a boat cruise around Niagara Falls, sporting red ponchos because of course.

Taylor Winnik also posted several images from the event including heartfelt notes that the bride and groom wrote for their guests.

@OutsideInStudio posted a photo of the beautiful bride, Katrina.

Last night, we lost the groom to the party after walking through the vines at Kurtz – and to be fair, the dance floor did need him (have you seen our stories?!). And so we stuck around taking instagram photos, both silly and serious, with the beautiful, both on the inside and outside, Katrina until the sun went down. At which point we joined the sweatiest of grooms on the dance floor.
