“Congrats my man!!! @brookslaich best of luck to u2!!!!!!!😘,” Ovechkin wrote.

Laich did the same on one of Ovechkin’s wedding photos.

“Congrats my brother!! So happy for you guys!!!” Laich wrote.

Like the Ovechkins, Laich and Hough are also celebrating their honeymoon, but at an undisclosed tropical location – likely to try and avoid the paparazzi.

This isn’t the first time Ovechkin has commented (and or chirped) Laich on social media.

After Laich shared a juice recipe to his followers, Ovechkin told Laich his secret to healthy living is “I poot beer and russian vodka” together. Laich has encouraged Ovechkin to “pay your bills buddy” after the Russian machine’s electric fence wouldn’t open before a game. The two have traded barbs about who wears better jeans.

There’s also been sweet stuff too. Laich congratulated Ovechkin when he reached the 1,000-point platueau and former teammate Nicklas Backstrom when he hit 500 assists.
