Michael Latta may no longer be with the Washington Capitals, but Tom Wilson is continuing some of the duo’s strange traditions from last season.
Last year, you’ll recall that Wilson and Latta hit TJ Oshie in the buttocks with their sticks during warm-ups. The routine began towards the end of the season.
Well, you guys, video has emerged from Saturday’s Caps game of Wilson hitting Oshie in the rear again. Except this time, Wilson is much more gentle.

Oshie’s reaction is ridiculous.
Wilson has also been continuing the tradition of checking his teammates into the boards during warm-ups as well.
