Alex Ovechkin is one of the greatest goal scorers in NHL history and once hit a hole in one while golfing.
Thursday, Ovechkin went to a local golf course with the rest of his Capitals teammates. After missing on his first swing and chunking a large piece of dirt out of the earth, Ovechkin channeled his inner Happy Gilmore and drove the ball to the moon.
His celebration is ridiculous.
We need to examine this further with GIFs. First, Ovi’s stance is terrible and dude, what’s the deal with those shorts.
Next, after wiping away a pound of dirt from his driver, Ovechkin connects.
