Philipp Grubauer’s mask art saga continues. Here comes the 6th chapter of his mask series “The Desolation Of Grubi”… Every mask chapter is totally unique, and it shapes a design that live and breath Washington Capitals. Since it is a design for the Capital city, the design is inspired from the US flag. The design is also inspired from the older Capitals logos, and for sure all the DaveArt Trademark Super FX is here…
Grubi’s partner in net, Braden Holtby, also debuted a new mask during practice Monday. Official photos from Dave Gunnarrson and the Capitals are likely coming soon.
