It’s appropriate that TJ Oshie drove up to Frederick on Sunday to teach a skills class to tiny hockey players. Oshie is one of the best danglers in the NHL and a great choice to lead that class. During the Capitals’ 1-0 victory on Monday night, Oshie held another skill exposition in the Oilers’ offensive zone. Just look at this.
Oshie taps the puck to a space where only he can get it, skates the opposite way around an Oilers defender, retrieves said puck, falls over, stick-handles, dekes from his knees, then hits Karl Alzner with a pass for a one-timer.
👀 Okay, TJ.
Dude is good.
