Just chilling.
This is stupid, but I’m compelled to report it.
During an SHL game between Lulea and HV71, Lulea veteran forward Per Ledin (remember him, Colorado readers?) drank out of a goalie’s water bottle in the most Swedish move ever.

I can honestly say we’ve never seen this before.
It appears that immediately before this, Ledin participated in a scrum in front of HV71’s net. As the refs tried to figure out the penalties, Ledin chatted it up with opposition’s goalie Gustaf Wesslau and decided to quench his thirst.
You can always count on Sweden to deliver some of the hockey’s funniest moments.
I’m sure if someone in the NHL did this, it would set off a mini-riot. There’d be a full fledged line-brawl, plus goalie fight. Don Cherry would talk about how you can’t disrespect your opponents like this on Coach’s Corner. It’s almost refreshing (haha, get it?) to see it not be a big deal.
Still funny though.
