Calgary Flames center Lance Bouma looked to lower the boom on fourth-line enforcer Michael Latta early in the first period on Tuesday. Instead of hitting Latta, Bouma nearly went head-over-heels into his own bench.
Whoops!
Bouma stood against his team’s bench for a moment before making his way completely over, grimacing. Or maybe laughing. I don’t know. I would have been embarrassed.
He scored a few minutes later. Of course he did.
